Edam is one of the most famous Dutch cheeses, traditionally produced in a ball shape but now also produced in an easier to handle loaf. 
This classic Edam is semi-firm and mild with a subtle sweetness, and like all our cheeses, it is carefully ripened by hand. You’ll find this Edam is slightly less creamy than our Gouda due to a lower fat content.
