Tiny sprigs of aromatic lavender and herbal thyme are gently mixed by hand with curds prior to pressing and aging the wheel. They bring fresh floral and herbal notes, and a subtle sweetness, to the earthy, creaminess of our Raw Milk Gouda. So refreshing.
